Clogged Drain, Dirty Indoor Unit and Worn Fan Motor in Greenwood, AR (Full AC Cleaning and Repair)

A Greenwood homeowner wanted the whole AC system gone over and brought back into good shape, not just a quick patch.

What Our Technician Found

Our technicians found the condensate drain clogged. That is the line that carries water away from the indoor unit, and when it backs up the water has nowhere to go. Inside the indoor unit, the cabinet walls were covered in dirt and buildup, and the blower (the indoor fan) needed cleaning. Outside, the fan motor that pulls air through the outdoor unit needed to be replaced.

What Homeowners Can Learn From This Job

  • Water near the indoor unit is a warning sign. It often means a clogged drain.
  • A dirty cabinet means dirty air. Everything in that cabinet is in the path of the air you breathe.
  • Regular maintenance keeps buildup from getting this far. A yearly visit is much easier on the system.
